“The only normal people are the ones you don't know very well”.
Alfred Adler

Our closest, most intimate relationships shape our lives. They can fill us with joy and give us emotional strength, stability and physical connection, yet, relationships change, and when they do, the effect on our wellbeing can be dramatic. We may find ourselves feeling disconnected, unfulfilled, disappointed and lonely, confused about what we’re feeling and how to move forward.
I am a specialist relationship therapist, qualified to help you with all aspects of your relationship. I provide inclusive relationship therapy, whether you are living together, apart or independently; however you identify and whatever your sexuality. I am here to help you as a couple, as a single or as one half of a couple... sometimes partners are not ready, or feel unable, to engage in therapy.
