I provide specialist counselling support to couples and individuals, to help you move forward in your life and relationships, with clarity and understanding.
I use an ‘integrative’ approach to therapy, incorporating a variety of therapeutic ideas and approaches including psychodynamic, person centred, transactional analysis and systemic.
